Spiced Highlander

The Spiced Highlander
a cocktail by Chip Dykstra (Aka Arctic Wolf)

2 oz Highland Scotch Whisky
1 oz Grand Marnier
a twist of lime
a sprinkle ground cloves

Add the whisky and  the Grand Marnier into  a mixing glass with ice.
Twist a little lime over the ice and stir
Strain into a rocks glass
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cloves

I suppose you could use a cocktail glass, but sometimes I just don’t feel right sipping whisky from a cocktail glass. So I recommend the rocks glass instead.
