Green NV (envy)

1 3/4 oz Vodka
1/2 oz  Bols Blue
1/2  Lime (Fresh Squeezed)
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
3/8 oz Sugar Syrup
ice
Ginger-ale

Mix all ingredients in a tall ice-filled glass!
