Sparkling Cola Cocktail

Here is a simple but elegant twist on the Rum and Coke!

Sparkling Cola Cocktail

1 1/2 oz  Dark or Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz Sparkling White Wine
fill with Cola

cracked Ice
a slice of Lemon or Lime

Build:
Mix in a tumbler half full of cracked ice
Garnish with a slice of Lemon or Lime

Enjoy this when a simple Rum and Cola will not do!
