Savalle Row

The name for this cocktail comes from Demerara Distiller’s (DDL) Savalle Still which can be found at the Uitvlught Sugar Factory on the banks of the Demerara River. DDL has maintained the traditional distillation and fermentation method of the Savalle Still for 250 years. This cocktail was first constructed using the El Dorado Single Barrel ICBU Rum which is made using these same traditional techniques of the Savalle Still.
