Seven Senses

Winner Angostura’s International Cocktail Challenge (European Leg)
40 ml Angostura Anjeo Rum
20 ml Fresh Lime
2o ml White Peach Puree
15 ml Sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
5 ml Raspberry Syrup
2 Sage Leaves
Shake all ingredients in a metal Shaker
Double Strain and serve in a Martini Glass
Garnish with a white peach peal and a sage leaf.
