Pink Rocket

Here is a nice cocktail for the ladies (and I like it too!). The brilliant pink colour comes from the addition of the Grenadine which gives the drink an elegant feminine look; but the addition of the Lemon Wheel Garnish and the use of a rocks glass adds just a touch of masculine class.

Drink with the lemon immersed

Serve with a Lemon Wheel on the axle

The Pink Rocket
a cocktail by Chip Dykstra (Aka Arctic Wolf)

2 oz  White Rum
1 to 2 oz  Pink Grapefruit juice
1/2 to 1 oz  Pineapple juice
3/4 Ounce Tangueray # 10 Gin
1/2 ounce Grenadine

Shake with ice
Strain into a small Rocks Glass
Garnish with Lemon Wheel

Enjoy!

And always remember the aim is not to drink more cocktails, it is to drink better cocktails!
