The Monk's Uncle

Every once in a while I come across a well aged rum which has a strong oak flavour in the taste profile. Sometimes these rums just do not appeal to me as sippers. Usually, a nice dollop of Frangelico turns my opinion right around. Try it, you`ll see.

The Monk’s Uncle Version

1 1/2 Oz Appleton 21
3/4 Oz Frangelico

mix with a small amount of ice and serve
