The Monk’s Uncle
Every once in a while I come across a well aged rum which has a strong oak flavour in the taste profile. Sometimes these rums just do not appeal to me as sippers. Usually, a nice dollop of Frangelico turns my opinion right around. Try it, you`ll see.

1 3/4 oz Well Aged Oaky Rum
3/4 oz Frangelico
Ice
Mix over ice in a Rocks Glass and Enjoy!
