2 oz Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Lemon twist for garnish
Pour the ingredients into a metal shaker with ice
Shake until the sides of the shaker frost
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop it into the glass

(Note; If you substitute Ruby or LBV Port Wine for the Sweet Vermouth and add chunks of ice the cocktail becomes an iced Ruby Martinez (see recipe here))
