Caipirinha

Caipirinha

1 1/2 oz  Cachaca
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 teaspoons crystal sugar

In an old-fashioned glass place the I/2 lime cut into four wedges and the sugar.
Muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon).
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Rum

This is particularly refreshing on a hot day and the National Drink of Brazil.

And of course, I want everyone to remember that the aim of my blog is not to encourage you to drink more…

It is to encourage you to drink better.
