Bajan Bay Punch
This cocktail was forwarded to me by the local Importer,(Rum Runner Imports), for the Bajan Rum Doorly’s XO.
2 oz Bajan Rum (I agree that Doorly’s XO is a good choice)
1/2 oz Amaretto
pineapple juice
chipped ice
Mix in a metal shaker and strain into your serving glass with ice
dust with nutmeg for garnish
