A few weeks back I suggested a nice Mai Tai with Old Sam and Ragged Rock. If I hadn’t been forcing myself to use only Maritime rums, I would have suggested Old Sam with Appleton Vx in the Mai Tai. A very nice combination.

As for Miami, not sure if I’m going this year. I have been looking at the Victoria Whisky Festival instead, and I think that will be the festival I travel to this year.
